These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Madfest event website handled by Jayam Infotech taking place on 10th November 2024 at Fun Republic Mall, Peelamedu, Coimbatore. By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 3 years old to attend. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Participation Limitation: The Event is open to all.

Process: Participants must register online at Register Link or at designated locations.
Fees: The registration fee is ₹ 100 for students and ₹ 200 for non-students, which must be paid at the time of registration.
Deadline: Registration must be completed by 31/10/2024. Late registrations may be accepted at the discretion of the organizers.

Expected Behavior: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards others.
Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited at the Event:

• Alcoholic Beverages
• Illegal Drugs
• Weapons or Dangerous Items
• Any other items deemed inappropriate by event organizers

Dress Code: Attendees should dress appropriately for the occasion. Specific themes or guidelines may be provided closer to the Event.

Disclaimer: Participants acknowledge that their attendance at the Event is voluntary and at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the Event.
Assumption of Risk: By participating, you assume all risks associated with the Event, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, and loss or damage to personal property.

Event Cancellation: The organizers reserve the right to cancel the Event for reasons including but not limited to safety concerns, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable unless the Event is canceled by the organizers. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

Consent: By attending the Event, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
Usage: The organizers may use any media captured during the Event for promotional purposes without compensation.

Respectful Interaction: All participants must treat each other with respect and dignity. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
Consequences: Violations of this code may result in removal from the Event without a refund and potential bans from future events.
